Since 1959, an annual community event is held the second weekend of each October. It is planned and run solely by volunteers representing various local organizations and businesses. The event includes a parade down Route 3 through the courthouse area, a fair including rides, a petting zoo, a craft show, food vendors, a car show and pageants for all ages.
