Farm offerings:
Gardening Gays Farm is a family farm on 27 acres 2 miles north of the Rappahannock River. We sell eggs year-round and grow seasonal produce in our Market Garden, including tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, squashes, pumpkins, and green beans, as well as watermelon and cantaloupe. We design fresh-cut floral arrangements from our summer flower garden, which is filled with sunflowers, zinnias, gladiolus, dahlias, long-stem marigolds, eucalyptus, and a variety of other fillers and spillers. We specialize in pasture-raised chicken from May through November and offer educational classes and farm tours to see our gardens and livestock, which include chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, and bunnies.
