Entrepreneurs play a critical role in rural economies. They start businesses, create jobs, and provide their communities with dynamic and innovative ideas. Yet, they face challenges accessing capital, access to a workforce, access to connectivity and access to technology. Come out to learn about the next chapter of rural entrepreneurship. Hear speakers discuss how they have started businesses and learn to navigate emerging opportunities to launch businesses from anywhere. Speakers include: Rob Meng, CEO, FastQSR, Tamara Stuart, Innovation Lab Director, NSWC Dahlgren, Virginia Burchell, owner, JennEclairs, Austina Ivanyshyn, Treasurer, King George Farmers Market. Food and Drink provided by King George EDA.  Event is free to attend but registration is required.
