Join us for the Dahlgren Trail’s first ever bike event – the Trailblazer! This non-competitive community bike ride begins at the trailhead located at 10431 Bloomsbury Road. The ride turns around 4 miles later at 9274 Comorn Road and returns to the starting area, for a total of 8 miles. Anyone not wishing to ride this distance can turn around and return to the starting area at any time.
To better serve our community’s bike riders, the Friends of the Dahlgren Railroad Heritage Trail, a 501c3 non-profit organization, is conducting this event as a fundraiser for the purchase and installation of public bike maintenance stands along the trail.
